When you reserve one of the first 50, we collect your name, email address, shipping address and order details. This information is stored in our secure order records and is used to fulfil and ship your order and to contact you about it.

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name. Waitlist contacts are stored separately from customer order records and are used only to let you know about future batches.

You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing us.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on or transmitted through our own systems. We receive only a confirmation of payment, the amount paid, and the contact and shipping details you provide at checkout.

Stripe processes this information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

To take and fulfil your reservation, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to enquiries, keep records required for accounting and tax, and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business, such as our payment processor, email provider and shipping carriers.

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Waitlist records are kept until you ask us to remove them.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
